For this in Cuban it's seems that there are many countries plans as Cuban to regulate cryptocurrencies but don't have much awareness on it.

Mark Cuban loves himself some regulations.
I think it is great. The only ones who care about them are the ones who they are written by, those they are regulating. They are one and the same.
Cryptocurrency needs to decentralize so that what the SEC says is immaterial.

I like using Bittrex. You can buy Hive directly from fiat without having to buy BTC or something. There are fees, of course, but it only costs .01 HIVE to transfer it over to your Hive account once you buy it there. Just enter your username WITHOUT the @ sign. And then obviously transactions are cheap to free over here. Not sure if Bittrex lists HBD, now that I think about it. I've never bought it there. I know they used to list SBD but I have never checked on HBD....

Use any crypto you have and exchange it using Blockctrades into HBD. They have multiple options. I like LTC to HBD the most. Costs less and fast transactions.
Also buy Hive and use convert feature on Hive. It will consider HBD's price at $1 instead of $1.2. You will get more HBDs. But there's a risk of Hive fluctuating downwards or HBD going below $1. In both cases, you lose money using convert feature.

No. Because they can't. Decentralized exchanges are powered by community members sitting in all parts of the world. They cannot regulate the whole world. 😋

Do you think that with the intrusion of the government part of the countries, Bitcoin will suffer some fall and drag the other currencies to, down, or do you think it could be the other way around and we have an increase in the crypto value.
I dont think it will have impact. Government action takes so long to go into effect. China was rapid yet a couple months later, all is being recovered.
This thing is too far gone for them to stop. Governments are truly playing catch up.

Cuba has trading relations with the rest of the world (including Canada, Mexico, and Europe), so it will benefit greatly from its acceptance of cryptocurrency. Even though El Salvador was the first nation to declare it legal tender along with the USD it uses for national fiat currency, can Cuba overake El Salvador in its rolling out of the cryptocurrncey infrastructure?

It would be amazing if cryptocurrency took old there. The exchange rates for some fiat currencies there are horrible (especially in Colombia and Paraguay). Regardless of how the local currencies do, crypto can give the people a fresh start.

The long awaited Bitcoin ETH is coming to the United States, at least according to one Bloomberg analyst.
I really do not see how the regulatory approval will come that quickly but I dont know the process so perhaps they could do it within a month.

It's not too late to start. I think you can at least still get back your initial investment by playing the game in maybe a few weeks if you can win matches. Other than that you can always use it to create some posts and pay yourself in the future.

Man, it's not late at all. You can still earn SPS airdrop by playing up your rank, holding dec and holding SPT and what not... Everyday you will get more and more if you keep at it. Stake those SPS inside your in-game wallet and earn APR too.
Invest in some good cards or maybe pick them on rent from the market. One golden card is making me 200 DEC per day just from the rent. Since we are nearing season end. Players are going crazy and doing everything they can to maximize this opportunity.
It will be too late after a year or so. Splinterlands has already planned a lot of things. So hop the train before they come out.
