Getting people interested in your project is very difficult. I guess getting people is the biggest hurdle but then it'll be sad if you went through so much to attract people but you cannot retain them
You're right, what do we do when we just start a community and we need people to be there but also active? Well I guess there are different suggestions and we will find that out as we continue in the space.
Just a while ago I was thinking that first you have to reach them with something attractive and I'm not talking about something economic, it is more to relate their daily life with the web 3 and be more productive.
