Greetings again everyone! Can you believe it has already been three months and it is time to close the window for the inaugural round of LBI proposals?

Please remember this first round of voting is a popular vote to determine if the proposal(s) will be passed along for a governance vote.
As always, votes will be calculated based on the predetermined weights listed below:

| 1 | 10-99 | LBIs will earn a vote equal to 1 |
| 2 | 100-499 | LBIs will earn a vote equal to 2 |
| 3 | 500-2,499 | LBIs will earn a vote equal to 3 |
| 4 | 2,500-9,999 | LBIs will earn a vote equal to 4 |
| 5 | 10,000+ | LBIs will earn a vote equal to 5 |
On May 21st the voting window will close and on May 23rd the results of the popular vote will be announced. After that point if the popular vote is positive, it will be passed along for a governance vote.
Due to there only being one proposal in this window, the vote process needed to be modified to prevent unsupported proposals from being passed with only one vote. The Gov team feels the two week window for the popular vote as well as a second vote if necessary should give all stakeholders the time they need to gather information on the proposal and make the decision they feel is best.

I believe that there must be a diversity in everything and as in the same way I know that this proposal will not win which I will choose my vote is YES but only so that our friend @scotter77 does not lose the initiative to give his opinion in the future! luck for the next
