My sister went house hunting early last year and she even had to put the property in my Mom's name since she didn't have a bunch of government documents as she's a freelance artist.

Anyway, just wanna ask if a real estate is tokenized, what happens if the borrower defaults on the loan?

Personally, I think it may still lead to KYCs to assure lenders it isn't risky and can still add barriers to entry but at least there's so much less paperworks.
