RE: Elon Musk buys Twitter for $43 billion, board suddenly accepting buyout offer, what does it mean for (centralized) social media, will Musk open-source Twitter?

The deal involves Morgan Stanley and other Banks. He does not pay with US-Dollar from his pockets. A part is a loan collateralized by his Tesla shares. I think it's a bit more complicated than Musk buying it. But I think Twitter is a shitty place anyways, cant get worse

Yeah, poor people hold cash on their accounts, rich people own assets and take loans.

When Elon Makes makes Twitter a better place, would you then return?

Yeah true, big difference between people's definition of cash and what investors actually do and use

You're still on that twitter train?^^ Twitter makes me aggressive, it's unbelievable how they only circle jerk or bash each other. Theres no conversation in between.

Would rather love to see him buying youtube 😭

I am not really into Twitter as such. It is more like a chat app for me to keep contact to important friends. I only look into trends when I want to see it and at the moment I actually never post anything.

Youtube is a bigger thing than Twitter. I think we have to wait until youtube got less worth and Elon more wealthy so that he can buy it in order to rescue it, lol
