Living on crypto has gotten a lot easier with the emergence of crypto debit cards. The next step is direct crypto spending. That's going to take a long time but it will happen gradually.

Crypto debit cards do not solve the problem mentioned here. You're just as exposed to the risks of the banking system with a crypto debit card as you are with a bank account.
No, but they do offer the closest thing to being able to live on crypto in a lot of countries.

That's very true as long as the bank issuing the card doesn't get a court order from a pissed off Politician.

Wow, you have crypto debit cards in your country? That is really nice. Would love to have that here. but oh No! my country doesn't support crypto. Too bad for me!
