Eh, not everything has to be serious. If you wanna grow though it definitely helps to treat it like a business.

You're right about not needing to be serious all the time; I just need to fine-tune what I've been doing so I can do more of the things which add value, less of those which don't, and get back time I can use for more forms of engagement and more posting.
