I don't do music. I use to love it. Somewhere during my wifes cancer battle something in my brain broke when it comes to music. I listen to talk radio when I drive and if a song comes on I turn it off. Strange but true.

I use my brain for most work. I listen to music while doing other stuff at home though! Two years ago was Viking stuff, Last year was African hip hop, this year back to Japanese rock and roll and punk.
Depends on what can of work, certain tasks requires absolute silence, others go well with music
