For me the best thing to deal with it is: Think positive. Every day. Train this, make this your day task, never stop. And do things you love and that make you feel good.

This is a very great advice... thinking positive everyday is a great step to reducing negativity and negative thoughts

Yea, it is also good to speak to someone rather than keeping everything to your self... but then, we speak to people we trust, before our news will start showing on blogs!

All three are good depending on the person involved.

I will opt for talking to someone because that will make me feel relieved
Also achieving my goals silently. I don't like making noise about myself or what I do. I'm usually quiet

Yea... I am actually the Private person though... so working silently is the best for me....

I even prefer working at the background instead of being at the spotlight...

I rarely talk to people sha... that's me

Yeah, being at the backstage feels so good. I no like spotlight abeg. 😂

I think it depends if the person is an introvert of extrovert

Extroverts are like a sunflower and other people to them are like the sun without it they wither away

Introverts are like a nuclear power plant the energy process is all within

That is so true... I love the analogies you gave with extroverts & introverts which portrays the fact that extroverts will prefer to reach out to people, while introverts would prefer to dig deep and try solving it themselves. Lovely input

I am for focusing on something constructive and productive.

This is a great one, and I love it so much... focus on something productive... and it can also help to take you out of that state..

Yeah, especially when you are angry when somebody betrayed you. You want to destroy lives and things. But instead of destruction, better to build, construct, and remain productive despite everything else.

Depression is a very serious thing and in my opinion people should talk to someone who is trained to deal with that

True...

Seeking professional assistance is a great way to deal with depression.
