I heard about a CUB making waves on hive. Then I read a post from whatsup talking about claiming the CUB. Exciting times to be given free stuff in airdrops!
I tried to claim my CUB in the BSC mainnet. But... it didn't go well... I lost my lil cub...
I started out with the @leofinance post The First Ever Cross-Chain Hybrid Claimdrop | Completely Redesigned and CUB Drop is Now Live! . So I followed the steps.
I went to the leodex wallet, and sure enough I had 12 or so CUB. Alright, it's there, but it won't be there in a week so I need to transfer it to the binance sidechain.
I reached https://wleo.io/cub had to enter the NSC address. OK, I didn't have that yet. I went looking at how to get a BSC wallet and found this article from Binance themselves: How to Get Started with Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
MetaMask

But wait, isn’t MetaMask an Ethereum wallet? It is, but actually, it’s quite easy to connect it to BSC. This way, you can use a familiar UI when interacting with BSC.

I had read people using MetaMask to get their CUB to BSC. Ok, lets get CUB onto my MetaMask wallet. That article linked to Connecting MetaMask to Binance Smart Chain.
I added the BSC mainnet. Alright, done. According to the instructions, I was ready to send my CUB. So I did. I sent it to my existing ETH address that is now also apparently on the BSC mainnet.
But I couldn't see the CUB in the MetaMask wallet. I was getting worried a bit, but realized I need to have the token added. I found out how to do that here.
CUB was now showing as a token in my wallet, but it was still at 0.
It's the next day now, and I still see 0 CUB in my address: https://bscscan.com/address/0x367E2d7EF8F30BBdFa8461351C4E746F108269Ee
I don't know what I did wrong, but sending from https://wleo.io/cub to the above address didn't work. It seems my CUB has vanished.
Well, that sucked. At least I only lost something free and didn't pay for it hehe. It seems there is some missing information in the process of how to get your CUB onto BSC... If anyone knows where I went wrong, let me know ;) Thanks.

So many farms and dens, I don't have any of those tokens to stake for farming CUB. I guess my best option is to just stake CUB in the den, right? I see you're all over the place and trying everything haha!

you could sell half of the cub for BUSD or BNB and enter the LP pools.
after that you enter the farm with the LP tokens for the big farms.
CUB Den is where you want to be though.
You should move it over to CUB Den asap.
Yields still very high 4% apr per day.

No idea. Looks like you did it right.
When the airdrop first launched I sent a test claim of 10 CUB and it was also lost.
Khal said he would fix the errors manually when he has the time.

Yes... I have posted about the exact same experience 3 days ago .... I will tell you where it is.
Turn off Metamask and connect with BSC wallet .... you will see it there.

Thanks for the reply. I logged out and into BSC, added the token, still at 0, logged out and back into MetaMask, still at 0... hehe. Glad you got your issue sorted out though ;)

Did you try to send some BNB to your wallet? I've read somewhere that you need to "start" the BSC sending some.
That wasn't in any of the links I read above (maybe I missed it). They didn't say to make sure you have some BNB in the wallet first...

You don't need BNB just to get it safe!
Well, I get successfully CUB to my Metamask wallet. In the instruction, you have two networks - Testnet smart chain and Smart Chain. Also, when you add the new token you must add the contract.
But, the next question I have is how now send the CUB to the farm or Dens?

Well if you look at the link above for connecting to BSC, it shows the mainnet info which is what I used. You can only add the token with the contract address... so since I have the token there I obviously added it with the contract address ;)
