Keeping a community happy is difficult. And to do so requires a team that coordinates activities and benefits for that community. The success of the project depends on it.

We must take into account that we cannot make decisions that everyone likes, there will always be someone who is against it and it does not mean that our decision is not the right one, maybe there is not the same personal vision.
