Welcome! Yes as @anomadsoul said - you used Google or X to sign in and we call this a "Lite Account" which is where your private keys are encrypted and your sign up method (Google or X) allows you to sign in to the blockchain

At any time, you can turn off Lite Account mode and convert to a Full Account. Just head to the "Settings" page and then click "Claim Wallet"

Ensure you use best practices for storing the keys (same as any private key wallet on any blockchain) once you do the claim

We typically recommend using the platform for a bit to get familiar with it and then claiming from Lite to Full account once you're comfortable!
