The Crypto market is fast-paced and we often get hundreds of message per day. This can create an overwhelming workload.

• Wake up, coffee, sit and read messages.
• At first able to answer everything, now there’s a filter, the team comes first.
• Lurking is key to hear the community.
• The community takes over the information point role.
• Make sure that all questions are answered.
• Building out more structure that helps on the day to day tasks.
• Being up in the middle of the night to work with devs.
• No sleep during the week and the weekends are for rest
• Pulling 36hrs awake and the weekend means catching up
• Balance is key
