Thanks @coinjoe this blog had at least a running start. It struck me as an imaginary Commemorative coin of a Spanish super power, in an alternate time line. 10% inspiration, 90% persperation as they say. How did Spain become a super power? By not losing their gold and silver! The Dogecoin gag was a hint that no empire lasts forever.
