Sadly it is a long-term thing. Will takes months at minimum to sort out so working on compartmentalising it and finding joy in the rest of my life. Not an easy thing to do but a worthwhile practice none the less.
Sorry to hear things have been hard for you too. I hope you are the other side of it now. 🧡
