Its a pretty complicated topic, just because they can be puppets for governments, does not mean they are, it also, can go the other way to - and centralized organizations in some instances, can be good, in some instances they can be bad, i think variety and consumer choice or citizen choice is important, if we had equal distribution of centralized and non centralized services the two would probably counter balance each other - but yeah, it is a pretty complicated subject - and thats why we need people thinking about it,
