#threadstorm #outreach 1/🧵 When you're feeling uncertain, it can be excruciating and annoying. It can hurt both your mental health and the relationships you have.
When you're close to someone, weakness can make you think and act in ways that don't make sense.
2/🧵 If someone has been in a bad relationship where their partner lied to or mistreated them, they might bring those feelings into their new relationships.
People who have been through this put their unresolved trauma or mental weight on their new partner without getting enough help.
If someone doesn't have a lot of courage, their relationships might be weak because they might not fully believe that they earned their partner's love and support.
3/🧵 People who have been ignored or abused all the time will often be unsure about their relationships because they haven't had many situations where their needs were appropriately met.
When they finally find healthy and happy relationships, it might make them worry about losing everything since love wasn't always guaranteed or freely given before.
4/🧵 The feeling of weakness affects your emotional health because, deep down, you know you're not good enough to deserve love and care. This will affect your most profound relationships as well as the ones you have with friends, family, coworkers, and children.
Because you're always thinking about your self-esteem, you might notice when other people mistreat you, which makes you feel even worse about your ties and how ashamed you are of them.
