That's me also, but then I just got this urge to exercise, and I really enjoyed doing it before so I just did it. Walking for 30 minutes is nothing, I thought. I watch nonsense on netflix all the time so I just substituted the activity. :)

iT is actually so cool to exercise our body sometimes as we need it
