I did it. I logged some walking to kick off my #exercise journey. It felt nice to interact and get sincere reactions. I hope to do this as often as I can for the next couple of weeks. How about you? What low impact activity do you do? :)

exercising is one of the things i always want to do but no time to put myself through the stress loss
That's me also, but then I just got this urge to exercise, and I really enjoyed doing it before so I just did it. Walking for 30 minutes is nothing, I thought. I watch nonsense on netflix all the time so I just substituted the activity. :)
