That is the rebrand.
It has nothing to do with LeoAds to my knowledge. Maybe that will be released that date but I didnt get the feeling that was the case.
Yes rebrand. Sounds like LeoAds is waiting for some things to fall in place and be ready to go, at a currently unknown time frame.
