The #splinterlands "Swap DAO BUSD and USDC/T For DEC" proposal failed to pass today. It was a very close vote. So close that it wasn't certain until the very end.

    I don't recall us having such a close voting on the proposal, it shows the effectiveness of the voting on proposals.
