Un Cambio de Estrategia
Como todos sabemos, Venezuela hasta este momento es totalmente dependiente del petróleo, ese oro negro que se esconde en subsuelo, es el principal recurso que sostiene la economía de este país sudamericano, desde hace mucho tiempo se ha intentado prevenir el desastre que significa despilfarrar los ingresos petroleros y el no invertir en otras fuentes de ingresos en este territorio, sin embargo, pienso que a este punto todos conocemos los resultados.
Hace un tiempo escribí una pequeña opinión sobre este tema que afecta tanto al país con mayores reservas de petróleo en todo el mundo, pero con una economía turbulenta que hace pensar si el petróleo ha sido verdaderamente de beneficio para su población, o bien una fuente inagotable de dinero para cada gobierno, siendo una especie de maldición.
Ante el desplome de los precios del petróleo a partir del Fracking y luego una guerra de precios entre Arabia Saudita y EEUU, Venezuela tuvo una recesión importante en sus arcas y un enorme déficit en su presupuesto. Recuerdo haber pensado sobre esta situación, meditando sobre todo lo que tiene que ocurrir en el país, para que toda la población se dé cuenta de que no podemos seguir en una economía basada exclusivamente del petróleo, las empresas deberían producir otros productos tanto para el consumo interno para reducir las importaciones y sobre todo, la dependencia que existe de productos extranjeros de todo tipo, algo que desde un punto de vista macroeconómico, es una desventaja muy clara, así como también ofrecer de nuestros productos a todo el mundo.
Iniciativa en el Estado Lara para promover la producción de otros Productos, Hive puede ser parte de todo esto
Pensar sobre cuando se tomaría las riendas para promover la producción de nuevos productos tendría respuestas gracias a Hive es algo alocado, pero en mi caso así sucedió, nuestra blockchain favorita, además de promover este ecosistema, también pensamos en futuros proyectos que puedan significar un cambio para nuestro país.
Hace algún tiempo el equipo de Barquisimeto visitó la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara, se formó una interesante relación con esta institución autónoma, con empresas muy importantes de la región, además de una larga y prestigiosa lista de afiliados.
Alternativas al Petróleo
Desde esta organización empresarial, se está formulando proyectos para impulsar producciones con calidad de exportación, así incentivar a productores (principalmente agrícolas), algo que se escapa de la actividad normal de Venezuela sujeta al petróleo, crear este tipo de proyectos para impulsar las exportaciones era algo completamente impensado 20 años atrás.
Estrategia de Comercio Exterior
La cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara, tiene diversos planes para desarrollar distintos proyectos que procuren la exportación de productos regionales al exterior, siendo como un puente de información a embajadores de otros países.
En sus reuniones, los embajadores otorgan información sobre las distintas necesidades que tiene la nación o algunas comunidades específicas que ellos representan, enfocando los proyectos directamente a una necesidad latente fuera de las fronteras, haciendo que el proceso de ventas sea mucho más rápido, incluso al punto de tener vendidos los productos aun antes de su producción, un punto estratégico en cuanto al incentivo a los productores.
Otro punto estratégico es la capacidad de producción agrícola en el estado Lara, con tierras muy fértiles donde existe una importante industria alimenticia, que puede expandirse para generar esos productos de exportación que otros países requieren, la ventaja del suelo fértil hace que la gran estrategia sobre las alternativas del petróleo comience desde lo más básico, los alimentos.
Barquisimeto es una especie de supermercado para otras áreas de Venezuela, aunque existen limitaciones en cuanto a tecnología agrícola y el aprovechamiento de los suelos, la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara desea impulsar este sector para que no solo funcione como un supermercado nacional, exportar toneladas de alimentos suponen esa tan ansiada meta que tan solo comienza con alimentos, pudiendo aprovechar otros recursos que bien sabemos que existen en este país.
Otro aspecto importante que mencionan las autoridades de esta institución, es abordar otros sectores, recordemos que se trabaja bajo las necesidades expuestas por los embajadores, así que fomentarán la producción de distintos rubros, pesar de que en un principio el centro del proyecto se basará en sector agrícola.
Tecnología
Uno de los puntos clave es sin duda la tecnología, para gestionar correctamente la información, se debe tener plataformas tecnológicas confiables, de fácil acceso, rápida y de bajo costo, ¿conoces alguna?
Hive puede ser parte de este cambio.
Al hablar con las principales autoridades de la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara, estuvieron muy interesados en el factor tecnológico, además de proporcionar conocimiento a sus afiliados industrializados y comerciales, quizás existan alternativas u oportunidades para la blockchain para ser parte de este proyecto gigantesco que puede cambiar el occidente de Venezuela y posteriormente el país entero.
Una de las soluciones más obvias que como equipo mencionamos inmediatamente, es la oportunidad en cuanto a transacciones, tanto rápidas como libres de comisiones, pudiendo efectuar transacciones con HBD sobre pagos internacionales, lo cual es una barrera muy importante para los Venezolanos, siendo una de las limitantes más importantes al momento de querer emprender un negocio que pueda tener clientes fuera de las fronteras venezolanas.
Imagino una página web de productos agrícolas conectada a Hive, en donde se pudiese comerciar de manera sencilla, tanto en información como en transacciones, incluso agregar el tema logístico según el país donde llegarían los productos, no soy desarrollador y no sé si sea viable todo esto, sin embargo, son oportunidades inexplotadas por compañías tecnológicas, así que existe un mercado abierto para Hive en desarrollo tecnológico dentro de este gran proyecto, sin dudas estudiaré la estrategia para que Hive pueda estar contemplada como la solución tecnológica para distintos proyectos comerciales de gran envergadura.
La creatividad y a innovación es el impulso de los proyectos tecnológicos, por lo que pienso en estas oportunidades son muy importantes para poder desarrollar aplicaciones o soluciones tecnológicas en lugares en donde nadie las ve, o mejor dicho, en donde gran parte de las personas no ven ese tipo de oportunidades, la gran ventaja es que La Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara está dispuesta a incorporar nuevos procesos tecnológicos, sobre todo, los que se encuentran en tendencia, la blockchain y las criptomonedas no escapan de esa tendencia que dominará el sistema financiero global y esta institución está consiente de este hecho.
Con lo explicado en el párrafo anterior, se puede asumir que la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara no solo tiene interés en Hive para dar charlas sobre blockchain, no solo por las bolsas y los pequeños regalos que se les pueden otorgar, Hive puede convertirse en un punto estratégico para esta institución y las autoridades lo saben muy bien, por esa razón el trabajo continuará en esta organización empresarial y en lo particular, me siento optimista sobre los grandes resultados que se pueden alcanzar en proyectos en conjunto.
Hace algún tiempo leí la frase “Hive puede cambiar países enteros”, he visto que es totalmente posible el hecho de cambiar a un país como Venezuela, de hecho, creo que lo cambiará, sin embargo, hay que ser meticuloso con esas oportunidades y estratégicos para saber abordarlas de la mejor manera, en eso se basa nuestro trabajo en este tipo de instituciones con quienes seguramente tendremos una relación amena y duradera.

Some time ago I wrote a short opinion on this issue that affects the country with the largest oil reserves in the world, but with a turbulent economy that makes you wonder if oil has been truly beneficial for its population, or an inexhaustible source of money for each government, being a kind of curse.
With the collapse of oil prices due to fracking and then a price war between Saudi Arabia and the US, Venezuela had a major recession in its coffers and a huge deficit in its budget. I remember thinking about this situation, meditating on everything that has to happen in the country, so that the whole population realizes that we can not continue in an economy based exclusively on oil, companies should produce other products both for domestic consumption to reduce imports and above all, the dependence that exists on foreign products of all kinds, something that from a macroeconomic point of view, is a very clear disadvantage, as well as offering our products to the whole world.
Initiative in Lara State to promote the production of other products, Hive can be part of all this.
Thinking about when to take the reins to promote the production of new products would have answers thanks to Hive is something crazy, but in my case it happened, our favorite blockchain, besides promoting this ecosystem, we also think about future projects that can mean a change for our country.
Some time ago the Barquisimeto team visited the Chamber of Commerce of Lara State, an interesting relationship was formed with this autonomous institution, with very important companies in the region, in addition to a long and prestigious list of affiliates.
Alternatives to Oil
From this business organization, projects are being formulated to promote export quality production, thus encouraging producers (mainly agricultural), something that escapes the normal activity of Venezuela subject to oil, creating such projects to promote exports was something completely unthinkable 20 years ago.

The Chamber of Commerce of the State of Lara has several plans to develop different projects that seek the export of regional products abroad, being a bridge of information to ambassadors from other countries.
In their meetings, the ambassadors provide information about the different needs of the nation or some specific communities they represent, focusing the projects directly to a latent need outside the borders, making the sales process much faster, even to the point of having the products sold even before their production, a strategic point in terms of incentive to producers.
Another strategic point is the agricultural production capacity in the state of Lara, with very fertile land where there is an important food industry, which can be expanded to generate those export products that other countries require, the advantage of fertile soil makes that the great strategy on oil alternatives starts from the most basic, food.
Barquisimeto is a kind of supermarket for other areas of Venezuela, although there are limitations in terms of agricultural technology and the use of soils, the Chamber of Commerce of Lara State wants to promote this sector to not only work as a national supermarket, export tons of food suppose that long-awaited goal that only begins with food, being able to take advantage of other resources that we know well that exist in this country.
Another important aspect mentioned by the authorities of this institution, is to address other sectors, remember that they are working under the needs expressed by the ambassadors, so they will encourage the production of different items, although at first the focus of the project will be based on the agricultural sector.
Technology
One of the key points is undoubtedly technology, to properly manage information, you must have reliable technology platforms, easily accessible, fast and low cost, do you know any?
Hive can be part of this change.
When speaking with the main authorities of the Chamber of Commerce of Lara State, they were very interested in the technological factor, in addition to providing knowledge to its industrialized and commercial affiliates, perhaps there are alternatives or opportunities for blockchain to be part of this gigantic project that can change the west of Venezuela and subsequently the entire country.
One of the most obvious solutions that as a team we mentioned immediately, is the opportunity in terms of transactions, both fast and free of commissions, being able to make transactions with HBD on international payments, which is a very important barrier for Venezuelans, being one of the most important limitations when wanting to start a business that can have customers outside the Venezuelan borders.
I imagine a web page of agricultural products connected to Hive, where you could trade in a simple way, both in information and transactions, even adding the logistics issue according to the country where the products would arrive, I am not a developer and I do not know if all this is viable, however, are unexploited opportunities for technology companies, so there is an open market for Hive in technological development within this great project, no doubt I will study the strategy so that Hive can be contemplated as the technological solution for various large commercial projects.
Creativity and innovation is the driving force of technological projects, so I think these opportunities are very important to develop applications or technological solutions in places where no one sees them, or rather, where most people do not see such opportunities, the great advantage is that the Chamber of Commerce of Lara State is willing to incorporate new technological processes, especially those that are in trend, blockchain and cryptocurrencies do not escape this trend that will dominate the global financial system and this institution is aware of this fact.
With what has been explained in the previous paragraph, it can be assumed that the Chamber of Commerce of Lara State is not only interested in Hive to give talks about blockchain, not only for the bags and small gifts that can be given to them, Hive can become a strategic point for this institution and the authorities know it very well, for that reason the work will continue in this business organization and in particular, I feel optimistic about the great results that can be achieved in joint projects.
Some time ago I read the phrase "Hive can change entire countries", I have seen that it is totally possible to change a country like Venezuela, in fact, I believe it will change it, however, we must be meticulous with these opportunities and strategies to know how to approach them in the best way, that is the basis of our work in this type of institutions with whom we will surely have a pleasant and lasting relationship.
