In fact I like unfiltered Icnusa !BEER , which comes from the Sardinian island... or rather not from the Italic peninsula, right? π
Well, many foods and drinks are much more appreciated when consumed near the place of production... this is my experience.

I went to the south of Sardinia with my family for several years: iced Icnusa !BEER with carasau bread gave a great pleasure! π
Well, freshly milked milk produced in a "traditional" way almost does not exist anymore... nice memories! π
Here is a four years ago shot, to immortalize my Re-hydration after running under the African-Sardinian sun... note the absence of carasau bread, LOL! π

No, I haven't been so far south in Italy yet, but it sounds delicious, at least the bread π
But of course you are right. When I was young we drank the milk directly after milking the cow - best milk ever π
