It is inspiring reading about achievements here on Hive that are similar to what you aiming for. neoxian's Dear Hive, I have retired on crypto. is one of those posts I find inspiring because that is my dream, to eventually be in the position to live off crypto.
With that being the goal and gradually approaching the goal, at some point we are going to achieve the full time crypto status like neoxian and chorock just to mention few I know that are living off crypto full time on Hive.
For interest sake what will the job description be going full time on crypto?
I am currently creating my CV to be more crypto related, as I am very keen to changing my telecommunication career for crypto. On my CV I have is my job description as RF Technician/Web 3.0 Content Creator, honestly in simple terms for a precise and better description of my profession on my CV am not satisfied with Web 3.0 Content Creator and am still wracking my brain for better description as I build my crypto-inclined CV.
You, play blockchain gaming, you create content like we do on Hive, you are a crypto trader, You DeFi and do NFTs, you are going on about Metaverse. In simple terms how would you describe your profession? Surely you can't rock up at your girlfriend's and tell the parents you are a gamer, am sure we can imagine the look that will follow, a loser kind of look...
The world out there is still stuck in the mud, the 8 hours a day way of earning a living remains the norm, as such it is difficult for them to related to you seating behind you PC or your smartphone all day claiming you are working. You should be out there jumping from one taxi to the other traveling to work and back and you might just be taken serious but for some of us, we seek earning a living from crypto.
Of course this is not for anyone's approval, I seek no one's approval for my crypto involvement.
I am a Crypto Trader, how does that sound?

There are many professions under computer engineering. For example, it could be a computer engineer, software developer, system specialist or network specialist, or more. For example, your job looks like a network specialist or systems specialist. It is not easy for them to work remotely.

Yes I think it is also how it described from one region to the other, like in the UK my profession is referred to as Telecommunication Engineer.

In this region, your profession is called Telecommunications Engineer or Telecommunications Technician.

This sounds cool, but the world is still in web 2, the mentality is quite compact enough to understand us that's big into web 3 already.
