Since April 2022 we have endured ongoing problems making it a health hazard in many regions along the coast.

It is a pity that the rivers are polluted. Here in Caracas the river that crosses the city is literally worse than a sewer :(
Our rivers in some regions in very sad state of affairs, water is life people need to start respecting what they have been gifted.
