RE: Bitcoin Goes To South Africa's Grassroot

Spin off using Bitcoin being the only coin spoken of, most add the well known name, what is Ekasi a NGO/NPO raising funds teaching crypto at the same time according to their wordpress.com site.

A name I have seen previously eKasi not sure how far this venture went.

Definition of name from FB page, hopefully something somewhere adds value!

Really hope this is tethered to a strong coin where spot rate is clearly explained to the user, always hopeful, waiting a long time for positive outcome without government interference that could blow projects clean out of the water before they even get traction.

Good digging Joan, I think I have an idea what Ekasi means but not sure lol.
Hopefully a more meaningful achievement other than using it at spaza shops come out of this, those shop owners needs to be made aware of Bitcoin's volatility.

I do think there's a probability most will get inquisitive down the rabbit whole for broader exposure. No time to be waiting on government these day and age.

Hoping like hell that whoever introduces people to crypto teach them about safety of wallets, spot rates, exchanges, I get extremely worried when people arrive with quick easy solutions.... poof money is gone!

I don't say this is the case, it is a big concern! Never touch another persons money unless you want enemies.

Politicians, Banks, Insurance, Lawyers know how to line their own pockets, drag everything through a "Commission" or "Court" to what end, they win, they have the bank balance to prove it.
