Yes but it doesnt mean it will be successful especially if Leofinance is building a userbase.
If there are a couple hundred thousand people on Blank, that is an ideal starting point to target the instragram clone.

I see a high demand on Hive and Noise Cash for people to show their pictures/photos.

I would say that Instagram is one of the most heavily used applications out there.
