¿¨Challenge: What is it like to live in hyperinflation¨? My experience of how I do to live in this situation

This is my post to accompany our friends at @rutablockchain in their kind invitation to participate in this contest, where we must comment on how our experience of living in a country with"hyperinflation":  was; If you want to participate, enter here:  to consult the conditions

I want to start by thanking our friend @janaveda who thought of me to participate in this excellent challenge, and share how my experience was in this situation; In my case I would like to know the experience of my friends @syllem- @marinmex - @sacra97

Unfortunately the effects of this word (hyperinflation) I met when I was just a child; In 1975 I was seven years old, at that time I read the newspaper to my grandfather every day, that's how I learned through the news about the bad policies of the person in charge of our economy

In 1975 we lived in the house of my paternal grandparents, my father worked as a "mechanic" in a "fleet" "river", although his "salary" was very good , it was not updated at the ¨level¨ of ¨inflation¨; This lack of money to meet expenses made my mother go to work. My father suffered from a disease related to jealousy, the fact that my mother went to work worsened his situation, and the consequence was the separation of my parents; Lack of money in a home can cause the breakdown of the ¨family¨

When you go through the same thing many times, something is always learned

From 1975 until now, I had to go through a lot of very high ¨inflation¨ processes. Unfortunately, "Argentina" has always been one of the countries with the highest "inflation" in the world. You can also get something positive from bad things, from these constant ¨inflations¨ I have learned not to have cash in our currency ($ ¨peso¨ ¨Argentino¨). If you have some extra money the best thing you can do is buy "dollars", it is easy to sell if you have an "emergency" "economic" If you have a good amount of income, the best thing is to invest in "goods" "roots", You would be surprised how ¨properties¨ are “priced” over the years.

Mismanagement and corruption always led to very high ¨inflations¨

Unfortunately my country was always "ruled" by "corrupt"; Every time the country requested "money" loans from entities abroad, more than half of the "money" that has been requested has been stolen, and with the other half they "pay" for "services" with an "envelope". prices. The companies that provide services for the ¨construction¨ of ¨public works¨ are ¨friends¨ of the ¨government¨, the ¨about¨ ¨prices¨ is the ¨money¨ that is stolen from the country, that is to say, in this situation the country cannot meet the ¨loan¨ obligations, and usually we only pay ¨intereses¨, which means that we are always in debt

For those who are entering the world of "hyperinflation"

If your country is in crisis and everything indicates that a "hyperinflation" is coming, the first thing you have to know is that your money is going to be consumed day by day, do not have money in your currency local, buy strong foreign currencies, they are easy to change when you need money to meet expenses, avoid unnecessary "expenses", do not ask for "loans", generally these are associated with "mobile interest", if you do not have another option than the loan, make sure the installments are fixed and that they do not fluctuate with ¨inflation¨

Those who were lucky enough to meet ¨HIVE¨ and ¨Leofinance¨

I often say that you are a lucky person to make a living on the web; For a lot this is impossible, I can do it because I own the "property" where I live, I have no debts, I am "austere" with "expenses", I avoid "shopping" by "impulse". It is very important in my economy, it is where I generate my highest income, I also do it in "dollars"; One "dollar" received is equal to one hundred and fifty times my local currency. I do not have the ability to save, it is the reason for not having invested in ¨Leo¨, if I had, I would open ¨increased¨ my ¨investment¨ enormously. ¨ of ¨investment¨ proposed for this year

Feliz tarde!

@jlufer - Great story to learn from you my friend. Whether the country where you live is in hyperinflation or normal inflation, you have to deal it wisely. You are the great role model of how to survive in the situation of hyperinflation by living life in self sustainable way. Save more, spend less and spend on necessary things with no debts. And you produce your own foods from your garden for household consumption. This is not make you get rich quick but you are secured in term of quality and healthy foods.

Have a great day. :-) Cheers/ !WINE !ENGAGE 25

You're welcome @jlufer, it's always a pleasure to read your comment!
I hope everything's going well for you too 😊👍

Have a nice week!

@jlufer Hello dear friend. Good day. Hope you and your family are all well. Today I learned a wonderful educational story from you. I realized how much control I have to have over my income in life. In fact, at first I was never in that situation. My dad never let me understand what a lack is. I always got everything before asking. But this coronavirus came and taught us a lot. As the whole world came to a standstill, scarcity came to our doorstep. Hive was forced to sell everything I did. Life teaches us a lot. I understand now the reality is much harder.

hello dear friend @ shimu840 good day
It is good to know that you have had an exemplary father, that he has cared for all your needs.
I am very sorry to read that your situation changed with the arrival of covid 19. I hope this improves soon
thank you very much for this pleasant visit
Have a wonderful day
