Dropping the shields specifically for leofinance.io should not change your brave rewards at all. It will just mean you will see the ads on leofinance (which are pretty unobtrusive really).

Can do it site specific, don't have to stop using shields all together, just on leofinance. Click the little lion (ironically) in the right corner of the browser bar.
