As for as baseball impact, Robinson was not that much relatively speaking. He was nowhere the player of Ernie Banks, as an example.
Robinson was a very talented player obviously but if he entered MLB in 1963, I doubt he is looked at the same. Hence the comment about Doby who was not long behind Jackie and had to deal with the same attacks.
