My health and fitness journey extends to over 10 years and 9 of those years has been HIIT workouts, running events and changing my eating habits and cutting out some BAD VICES #fitness #life 1/🧵

That is an amazing journey and the results are showing. It takes time and dedication to become more healthy and I also want to do that in the future. Work just takes up too much of my time right now.

So true @jfang003 it does take dedication and time. When you are ready you will know.

2/🧵- way back then I was over 260 pounds pushing past a 42 waist size and worked my way to 165 to as low as 155 and now average a size 34. Throughout the years I digressed and mostly the eating and drinking side of things

3/🧵- but recently, I ended 2022 at 186 pounds and struggling to fit into size 34 although I was still working out, but you can't work your way out to a fitter body. It's a proven fact and I know it by experience.

4/🧵- so entering this year, I not only wanted to get back on track, but I also have a New York trip coming so it was paramount to get back to my weight. It's incredible that I'm fluctuating around 160 now and size 34 swims on me a bit.

5/🧵- I'm looking to lose a few more pounds to get me to about 155 so I can have a 10 pound buffer for that New York trip as I have averaged 165 for most the 10 years in this health and fitness journey. Nothing is impossible #fitness #life
