PVU updates! Latency, Server issues, Claiming seeds, Scams and Missing Assets!

Hi everyone, we are back again for more update in PVU!

There are not many new updates as the team is knocking down the current bugs and issues in the marketplace and Farm 3.0. We are also going through the report forms submitted by the community to solve all your individual issues in your account. There is quite a long queue, so we ask for your patience and understanding.

🍀 Latency and Server Issues
At this moment, a lot of users are having issues in their accounts such as LE/PVU not reflecting upon exchange, Plants are not reflecting upon purchase, Seeds are not showing/delayed, and more. Most of these issues are due to latency issues with the server. To those who are affected, we humbly ask to just be patient. All your assets will show to your account a bit later. We apologize for this inconvenience as our community is getting bigger every day and we are actively scaling our servers.
⚠️ If ever your assets won't show up to 24-48 hour period, we recommend sending a report form to our team. Report a bug link: https://forms.gle/9v8HNAmvh7Vy2teK8 .

🍀 Claiming Seeds
Before you claim your seed, make sure to check our seed pool. Look for #16 getSeedFarmLength. If the pool is less than 1,000, try again after we replenished the pool. Keep in mind that you need to have at least 0.02 BNB and 4 PVU to complete the claim. Do not cancel any processing/pending transaction.

🍀 Scams and Missing assets
More and more players are getting affected by this every day. Accounts of users being compromised by hackers and scammers, taking all their assets. If players are hacked or scammed, We cannot retrieve your assets
A couple of reminders:
⚠️ Do not entertain impersonators. Moderators will not message you first. All moderators have a "Moderator" badge beside our names.
⚠️ Do not share your seed phrase and QR Code. Never ever share your Metamask seed phrase and QR Code as this gives access to all your assets in all your games. Admins, Moderators, and Active Gardeners will not ask this. Please be extra careful about who you talk to in discord.
⚠️ Be extra careful with the use of 3rd Party software. Do not trust any links that are shared online. This could compromise your device (Mobile/PC) and take your information for their own gain. We do not recommend using another software when playing PVU.

⚠️ It's better to run a scan on your computer to see any malware or viruses that may affect your device and account.
⚠️ Do not join any PVU giveaway unless it is announced from our official community.
