I just discovered that click+drag on the vote % slider is a reliable way to avoid the page switching on you. Still needs afixin' though :)
lower your pointer. The top edge of your pointer is the active click zone
When that modal spawns, there should be no "active click zone" that takes you away from the thing that the modal is supposed to facilitate. #uiux
Suppose I can not disagree with that. An invisible div that the modal sits over should absorb errant clicks. #feedback
also, I tend to find my touch is always higher than I think it is.
I Noticed that. I end up clicking to the 50% point and arrow key back to the %age I want to assign on the post. A work around.
I fixed this by going to settings and setting my default vote percentage. Now I just tap the heart and it votes, no slider to fiddle with 🎻
Yeah. Noticed that when upvoting on the long-form as well.
