Agreed.
My guess is the Koreans. They are known for playing these games. It seems they tend to push HBD up first then pump up Hive. They did the same thing in the past with Steem (and might be doing it now).

How far do you think they will pump it? $1, $5 or even $10?
I think they will pump it to $1 and pull out right before it. Everyone expecting $1 and fomoing will be left holding the bags.
