The highway board now is believing that there is no way autopilot was engaged. But you are right, not a lot of details at this point.

That is the issue. How long does it take to figure out what went wrong? I think it would of been fast given the data Tesla is recording off all the vehicles.

I have no idea. Still under investigation. These reports tend to take a while.
