I keep wondering how Microstrategy will change based on the leadership change. Saylor kept buying more BTC and he didn't really care too much about the other factors involved.

I don't think their bitcoin strategy will change. That's why he will still be there to makes sure bitcoin strategy continues, but someone else runs the actual business. I think their business will do better without him in charge.
