There are a ton of changes and I didn't notice most of them. I did know that the soul bound cards couldn't be sold until it's out of print though. It looks like bloodlust is being nerfed and it was a pretty broken ability.

It's very interesting that they estimate these soulbound Chaos Legion reward cards will last about 1 or 2 years before they won't be found in loot chests. And Rebellion is about 9 months before it's out.
That is a very long time and I guess people will need to fight if they want to stay competitive. You can't buy the cards anymore off the market and luck will matter.
