I don't plan on selling any LBI but I think the rebalancing would probably be needed. I think what HIVE loans is doing might help you but its currently still in its testing phase. By using your staked HP as collateral (and maybe 2nd layer tokens), you can have some HIVE available. I am not sure how easy it would fit your plans though.

I'm not really interested in hive loans. Most coins have a 3-7 unlock period at max (if at all). Dealing with 3 months here is a bit challenging since you have to plan a lot onwards.
And of course not going to keep my HIVE liquid. It's 'uselesss' in its liquid form.
