he's overwhelmed with the pressure that he has to make tons of profits for all the Leo holders which contrasts with Leo Finance saying no pressure, that's the idea of the meme. It has some more layers to it but explaining a meme is weird to me so I hope it helped. Also you are the first person I ever explained a meme so congratulations :P
