This one confused me as SIM cannot be staked - any rewards are tied to just holding it, including providing liquidity in Diesel Pools (perhaps that is what you are referring to?).

If I had to make an adjustment, I would get rid of that Casino for now as if it happens to be robbed, your full income gets wiped out (even though your crime is not high, it is a potential liability). They are good value once you have more of those but they are inconvenient for a small town.
