Most people are in this airdrop because of the airdrop. Like most people, I also lost my trust in the project.
XEM was the first altcoin I bought. Then I had lost my trust in the project, when Symbol was called Catapult. After the project team was completely replaced and there were real achievements in developing Catapult, I returned again.
But it was no longer about the project, but about getting the new token, just in case it gets a higher price; at the time, it wasn't known Catapult was to be a new chain instead of a hard-fork.
