Not so good mornings... I'm having a panic attack for the last 3 hours... Usually crying works, not this time, now I'm listening to music, what would you do? Not even my breathing exercises are working... I can't stand my beating heart.

An old friend reached out to me and talking to them made me nervous, but nothing unusual, I'm always nervous to talk to people when it's been a while, but this time it ended in a panic attack, and now it's maybe an anxiety attack.

Do you have someone to talk to that would make you less nervous? Is there something in particular about this old friend that makes you particularly nervous?

No, nothing about this friend made me nervous before, not to this point, I did enjoy talking to them, we always had good conversations no matter the time has passed. I was in the edge of a panic attack and talking to him was the detonator.

Everyone is sleeping on this side of the world, nut thank you for asking, I'm so much more better right now. I heart stopped beating fast, and I feel like I could sleep in a few hours. Thank you, again, really thank you.

I'm thrilled that talking it out a little bit helped you. Any time you need a shoulder to lean on, myself and plenty of others will be around. We may not always be online instantaneously, but we will come by. :)

Thank you so much again, it did help to talk about it. Tonight I'm fine, I talked to my friend, and they were also worried about mi attack, but everything it's fine now, well, as much as they can be.

In that case I would recommend you not to go through this process alone. Find someone with whom you feel protected or watch videos that make you laugh or go out and get in touch with nature.
