That sounds great. Please let me know the total cost for ingredients to make the pizza/calzones. Thank you for participating.
Hard to estimate. Perhaps $10 total for the cheese substitutes I blended, $4 for the turkey pepperoni, $2 for the tomato sauce, and negligible additional costs for vegetables, oil, flour and yeast.
One of the calzones tore when I transferred it to the freezer, so I'll add a picture shortly, since I think I'll just eat it for a midnight snack now.
EDIT:
Before and after. The gaping wound in the crust didn't actually make a mess, and the toaster oven worked well to bake the thing.
I already have pizza, so no need to send any funds!
