BTW, so sorry about having a terrible superior. Some workplaces right now are warzones because of people at the top that feel entitled.
7+ years? You are living the dream! A lot of supervisors at work forget that all staff are need, whether junior or senior.
Right... staff is needed. Give a little bit of respect and appreciation to the people.

I hate these entitled people. I already quit my job in the past because of these people. I need peace and respectful behavior at work.
Sometimes, if there's room for me to do defend myself, if not I'll just let the person rant on and excuse myself when they're done
