Adapting To A New Way Of Working

It's interesting to read one of the posts on Leofinance about the changing nature of work because this is relevant to what I discussed with an old friend of mine who I worked with before I decided to resign.

He told me about something new to him, about work that could be done flexibly and freelance. Sometimes, a thing that we consider normal to us, becomes extraordinary in the eyes of others, just like the case of my friend.

He told me at length about how the internet could make money just by selling pictures, I tried to listen carefully and without interruption, to the point where he stopped and I started talking.

I explain that photos can also make money in the form of crypto, I show some examples of friends who focus on photography at Hive as well as explain how much they make.

The crypto world is a new thing for him, it is difficult to explain how crypto work to him, which in fact is an item for him can be used for financial transactions because we have been fixated on paper currency for too long which is actually a mutual agreement with certain rules.

In line with the article I mentioned above, the world of work will experience very drastic changes.

Within my neighborhood, a person is considered to be well-established and has a decent job if he has worked from 8 to 4 pm in uniform, this is an indicator of success.

Then suddenly news broke out about an ordinary person who became a youtuber with more than 500 thousand subscribers, making relatively fantastic amount of money from the internet, suddenly everyone thought of becoming one.

People have started to think that the world of work has changed, jobs that used to be monotonous and tend to be boring, can now be done flexibly and not bound by time.

Why do I say that, because we can't deny, every one of us works to make money. When we make money in a different way than usual, people will naturally start to adapt to the new habit.

Everything needs a process, something that is considered abnormal, sometimes it just takes longer to be considered normal, but I believe, no matter how fast and great the changes in the world of work, the main role of humans cannot be completely removed.
