I hope that HIVE will rise once HARDFORK 24 will take place, but couldn't get an exact timeline for that. Technical improvements promise lowers costs for witnesses and for the network itself which should prove for stability and innovation.

I am not sure the price will do much based on this coming HF, but I do agree that it should prove a valuable HF down the road.
