So this is something I have been considering a ton with the thoughts of why there isn't like a coin that is also managing assets with rental income or having a altcoin become the record agency to onboard marketing and help promote artists and we all grow through the growth of artist/property values and whatever.

All it takes is the right initiatives catering to the right individuals and this is a wonderful idea. Please tag me or let me know if you form a discord group for this as I'm always down to learn more and can provide ideas and possibly be an investor as well.
