SO many people are waiting for the next halving. I think the crypto winter callers would have gotten it very wrong if it weren't for the fed and I don't think we need the next halving to bring about the next bull market in crypto.

I don't know about a 99% chance by the end of the year but I do think its over 50% that the fed reverses course this year to early next year and most investors won't expect it.
