I have heard that but not personally experienced it. Do you think the police can stop this?
Please you don't need to experience it, it's horrible, my cousin and family left their own house there Nkwongwa and rented a flat at Ogbohill now she had experienced it many times, that's how bad nkwo Ngwa area by Ngwa road is now
