Many places that offer services (doctor, dentist, etc.) are now charging a fee for using a credit card because of the already high fees.
Thanks for this data, darth-azrael! It doesn't surprise me. That's also why several doctors I know, here in El Salvador, only accept Bitcoin payments from patients using a credit card - because they come with 0 fee :-)
