If a LEO card is released, can it be KYC free? DASH and even Bitcoin (with the Bolt Cards) have created non KYC cards, it'd be much more in line with our ethics.

HIVE witness andleo team is not KYC supportive either if I amnot wrong.
I've seen that too. Even if releasing a payment card, it's the way to go :-)
